Our expertise has helped clients achieve major milestones successfully. Our pool of resources is extensive and we can provide talented value added contributors in many subject matter areas. Some highlights include: At Chevron we managed the transition of all i-field solutions for Jack St. Malo, with no issues at 1st Oil and initiated a new automatic transition process which was recommended by top management and adopted by overall Deepwater and Gulf of Mexico transition teams. At Lockheed we led multiple cost/time lean savings events for NASA’s shuttle External Tank (ET) project and achieved 10% reduction in ET foam application by eliminating delays in critical path. At Booz Allen we achieved desired deliverables with 15% schedule reduction, within budget. At CGI-AMS we successfully led the team to CMMI Level II/III Certifications. Partners include:
